Who We Are

Pharmasave is a member owned and governed cooperative. Our culture is based on cooperation and collaboration where each individual store realizes the benefits of being part of a large, coordinated and cohesive partnership of entrepreneurs. As a Pharmasave member you receive the benefit from having ownership in an organization that delivers all of its profits directly back to you, the shareholder of Pharmasave.

Pharmasave is also a leader in proactive government relations across Canada. Our members and staff have become sought-after advisors, by legislators and administrators, in the development and continued evolution of government policy and programs affecting retail pharmacy and pharmacists. We occupy leading positions in Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores (CACDS), Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPHA), and various provincial professional associations that both affect and influence the success and development of retail pharmacy and the pharmacist profession.

Our Stores

We have over 430 stores in nine provinces across Canada that range in size from 300 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft. Neighbourhood Pharmasave stores are unique in order to meet the needs of their individual communities. Whether it's a small health centre or a large format home health care pharmacy, each Pharmasave provides value wherever it is located.

Since joining Pharmasave in 1997, my store has grown from a single dispensing pharmacist operation to managing a staff of 18. I could not have done it without Pharmasave’s support.
